Writing straight with crooked lines. Like the flight path of a moth replicated in the contours of the face, in incongruously perfect zigzags.

Which metaphorically reflect the troubled paths of life, not always ideal, but surely necessary. Because, as with everything, going from point A to B is not always - almost never - a straight line. And if there’ll be curves and counter-curves, let them be as harmoniously beautiful as the curvilinear wings of a butterfly, drawn in all directions, but with certainty. Photography by Anna Archen.
