It has reached the ears of Vogue Portugal, by means of discreet whispers, that one of the most coveted events of September is at EmbaiXada.

Ribeiro da Cunha Palace is home to one of Lisbon's best-hidden secrets. In the Príncipe Real area, it is easy to let your eyes run away to the cool gardens and esplanades that surround us. But it is precisely there that one of the city's most interesting pearls is located: the EmbaiXada, a conceptual gallery where you can find some of the most unique commercial spaces in the capital (such as Latitid, Etikway, and Boa Safra), as well as two restaurants and a bar with a terrace in the back garden. Nine years after the opening of EmbaiXada, it is said that the celebration of its anniversary is one of the events not to be missed in this month of rentrée - and, as we know, there is nothing like a good party to bring out the juiciest revelations of the season.

The night of September 22nd promises to be filled with the kind of stories we look forward to hearing over and over again, those that mark the public sphere for an entire season. It is on this day that EmbaiXada opens its doors for Pink Night, which marks the return of social life as we know it, after the vacation period. And because a good soirée is never complete without some famous faces, the gallery's anniversary will feature some of the most important names on the Lisbon social scene.

But EmbaiXada's Pink Night promises to be much more than a birthday party: during the afternoon and early evening, Ribeiro da Cunha Palace will have live music and the shopping area will have surprises for visitors. One small detail to take into account: only those who follow the dress code and wear a pink item (after all, we also wear pink on Thursdays) will benefit from a special treat. On September 22nd, the stores open at 12:00, but from 2:00pm to 4:00pm EmbaiXada will be entertained by a saxophonist. At 5:00pm a Real Fado concert is scheduled, followed by a DJ set that will liven up the celebration from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. The celebration will also be marked with an exclusive collection of ceramics by Anna Westerlund. The artist was invited by EmbaiXada to create, for the space's ceramics anniversary, two items that symbolize the gallery's nine years. And we already know what they are: two of her iconic Antoinettes. One will be on display during the event and the other will be the prize of a giveaway to be held. On a night that promises to be unforgettable, and where we celebrate both the anniversary of EmbaiXada and the beginning of the season of new beginnings, it is certain that on September 22nd all roads will lead to the Ribeiro da Cunha Palace, in Príncipe Real. And, as in any self-respecting social event, we already know that there will be no shortage of good stories. Are you ready to gossip?
